Winter Term Books Due!!

All CMC Winter term borrowed books are due before spring break. Please return all winter term books as soon as possible. Please be considerate of other students that may need the books you have by returning them in a timely manner. I will be in the office all day on Friday, March 18. I will return on Monday, March 28. I will check out books for spring term, when you have returned your books from winter term.

Reimbursement requests for winter term books are due by March 18. The book must be returned along with the receipt to CMC in order to receive the reimbursement.

Please send an email to me to request books for winter term. I have directions for looking up books for your classes on my desk or I can email the directions to you. The college books are upstairs now so I will not be able to leave my desk to look for books if you stop by without emailing the request to me first.

College Books

Important dates for November

No School dates for November are: November 11 (Veterans' Day), November 12 Staff Furlough Day, November 19 Staff work day, November 22-24 Staff Furlough days, November 25 & 26 Thanksgiving Holiday. College students must attend college classes on the above days except for November 11 and November 25 & 26. If you have any questions, please call the school office at 503-518-5925.

Picture retakes

Picture retakes are on November 10 from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. If you did not have your picture taken in the fall or need a retake this is the day to get your picture taken and get your school ID Card.

Immunizations

End of year information

All books must be returned to CMC by 2 p.m. on June 11. Failure to do so could result in a loss/delay of reimbursement or delay of tuition payment in the fall.

College students should pay close attention to college deadlines and dates. Please consult with your counselor if you have any questions.

Remember to check CMC's website for all information pertaining to the end of the year.

Graduation Information

Seniors it is time to order your cap and gown. If you do not have a cap and gown form, please stop by the CMC office to pick one up. The deadline for ordering caps and gowns is May 1. Please order directly from Jostens. Remember that Jostens does not take checks or cash and will only take money orders or credit cards.

There is a mandatory meeting for graduating seniors on April 27 at 6 p.m. We will go over all graduation details. Please plan to attend.

College Books and Tuition

All books used for college classes for winter term are due in the CMC office by March 19. This includes books that have been borrowed from CMC, books for which you want to receive a reimbursement and books for all cohort classes.

Please remember as you register for spring classes that we pay up to $800 tuition for full time college students and up to $462 for 2nd term cohort students. CEO students are required to take at least 7 credits and one class must be in a core subject. If you have any questions about these requirements, please contact your counselor. If you are taking an ACC class at CMC in addition to these classes we will also pay for this.

Make sure to check your account balance on the CCC website to make sure that everything is correct. If you have questions about your account, please see me or email me about your concerns.

Seniors!!!

Picture Day-Winter Term

Picture day for winter term is Thursday, January 14 at CMC. Students new to CMC, those who need a new ID Card and those who missed pictures fall term should have their picture taken. A high school ID Card is a necessary item for many students. If you have questions, please call Janet at 503-518-5925.

Book Reimbursements and Returns

All fall term books need to be returned to CMC by December 18. If you plan to keep a book for winter term, please check with me, so I can check it out to you.

Book reimbursements are processed for payment when the books are returned to CMC. Please allow at least one week for the payment to be processed.
