Winter Term Books Due!!

All CMC Winter term borrowed books are due before spring break. Please return all winter term books as soon as possible. Please be considerate of other students that may need the books you have by returning them in a timely manner. I will be in the office all day on Friday, March 18. I will return on Monday, March 28. I will check out books for spring term, when you have returned your books from winter term.

Reimbursement requests for winter term books are due by March 18. The book must be returned along with the receipt to CMC in order to receive the reimbursement.

Book requests

Please send an email to me to request books for winter term. I have directions for looking up books for your classes on my desk or I can email the directions to you. The college books are upstairs now so I will not be able to leave my desk to look for books if you stop by without emailing the request to me first.

College Books

All CMC borrowed books from fall term must be returned to CMC by December 17 or sooner. Please be considerate of other students that may need these books for winter term by returning them in a timely manner.

I will begin checking out books for winter term today, December 2, if you have returned your books from fall term.

Important dates for November

No School dates for November are: November 11 (Veterans' Day), November 12 Staff Furlough Day, November 19 Staff work day, November 22-24 Staff Furlough days, November 25 & 26 Thanksgiving Holiday. College students must attend college classes on the above days except for November 11 and November 25 & 26. If you have any questions, please call the school office at 503-518-5925.

Picture retakes

Picture retakes are on November 10 from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. If you did not have your picture taken in the fall or need a retake this is the day to get your picture taken and get your school ID Card.

Immunizations

If we do not have your immunization information please make sure you get it turned in as soon as possible.

End of year information

All books must be returned to CMC by 2 p.m. on June 11. Failure to do so could result in a loss/delay of reimbursement or delay of tuition payment in the fall.

College students should pay close attention to college deadlines and dates. Please consult with your counselor if you have any questions.

Remember to check CMC's website for all information pertaining to the end of the year.
